In Hauterive, probably the most Auvergne of the communes of Bourbonnais, the Moinet family has been exploiting for more than eighty years the source Roger, to manufacture the pellets of Vichy. Manufacture of confectionery: Auvergne fruit pastes, Vichy barley sugars, Vichy Basin pastilles, fantasy gums, real gums and all custom manufacturing. Annual production of pellets: 850 tons. Annual production of traditional confectionery: 200 tons.
